Nicolas MÉLAN announced the decision to close Sequoia-studio was taken, “after 13 years of good and loy­al ser­vices”. Indeed, “Covid and sev­er­al long-lasting confinements/quarantines have pre­ven­ted us from com­ing and going from/to Hong Kong”. Nicolas MÉLAN announced the cre­ation in Guangzhou, China, with Maggie LI of Nickel-Chrome, “a human-sized com­pany of 33 people offer­ing a ser­vice from design to the very end of the man­u­fac­tur­ing and export phase.”
